#10: “Improvement” (Week of 30th October 2023)

I’ve improved incredibly over the last week. I’ve improved regarding time management and discipline. I studied well over the weekend for the SAT, and now I just need to practice more, because I feel that the questions I got wrong could’ve been answered correctly, I just need to pay attention more. Other than that, for Acdec, I got a 630 on the medium-level test. It’s not the greatest score, but it’s an improvement from my previous score, and I spent more time on SAT practice, so considering that I did not study for it, I did pretty well, and if I do study next week, I think that I can do well for Irving. Irving is our first competition next Saturday, and I want to try to do well because I want to get on my team with my friend this year. This Saturday is the SAT, and I am extremely scared but I will try my best. Today we had a social for Acdec and my comic book club, and they both were extremely fun! We wrapped toilet paper around our teacher as a game, and played a scavenger hunt all over the school in which our team won! 

Anyways, the most important thing that I saved for last, is that I got an interview!! I don’t want to name the professional in case they may not be comfortable, but I’ve seen many videos and read many research papers by the Professor and, while I am a bit scared, I’m mostly extremely honored and excited to talk to them!
